• High-Strength Rims: To begin with, select between premium Excel or Warp9 16×1.85 heavy-duty aluminum rims.

• Heavy-Duty USA Spokes: Furthermore, each rim is laced with heavy-gauge 10g stainless steel spokes (or Warp9 straight-pull 10g spokes) built specifically for severe impact resistance.

• Billet Aluminum Hub: Equally important, it features a custom Electricycle Works CNC-machined hub available in Black, Gold, Blue, or Red.

• Optional Drive Upgrades: As an added benefit, Warp9 builds include a 54T aluminum rear sprocket and an upgraded 220mm brake rotor.

Key Notes on Chains & Fitment

• Sur-Ron Light Bee: First, running the 54T rear sprocket requires a 110-link drive chain.

• E-Ride Pro S/SS: On the other hand, it fits using your OEM stock chain or, optionally, a fresh 112-link chain.

• Rim Lock Notice: Please note, 16″ Warp9 rims are un-drilled for rim locks. Therefore, if you plan to run a dedicated rim lock, instead, select an Excel rim option or drill a rim lock hole prior to tire mounting.

Electricycle Works Pro Tuning Tips

• Ideal Tire Pressure: For instance, for maximum tire contact patch and off-road grip, we recommend running 15 PSI on technical trails.

• Correct Your Geometry: Similarly, we strongly recommend installing a 0.75″ rear suspension linkage drop when mounting a 16″ rear wheel so as to restore factory chassis geometry and maintain optimal seat height.

• Custom Build Lead Time: Because each wheel is lace and trued by hand to ensure precise fitment, please allow a 2 to 3-week build time prior to shipment. In short, perfection takes a little time!
