  • BY APPOINTMENT ONLY: To ensure dedicated shop time and attention for every machine, no bikes are accepted without an appointment. Please schedule your visit prior to dropping off your bike.

  • LOCAL BATTERY SERVICE ONLY: Battery diagnostic and repair services are strictly available for local drop-off and pick-up. We do not accept, service, or ship used, damaged, or repaired battery packs.

  • Battery Health & Diagnostics: Comprehensive battery assessments, BMS health checks, and capacity diagnostics. Local drop-off/pick-up only (no battery shipping).

  • Motor & Controller Repairs: Complete powertrain support—from phase wire troubleshooting and sensor alignments to full motor and controller replacements.

  • Firmware Updates & Tuning: Get the latest factory updates and custom controller mapping optimized for enhanced rideability, power delivery, and thermal efficiency.

  • Brake & Suspension Services: Fine-tuning clickers, re-valving forks and shocks, line bleeding, and rotor replacements for maximum control and stopping power.

  • Custom Upgrades & Modifications: Professional installation for riders seeking more top-end speed, extended range, high-voltage conversions, or custom ergonomics.

  • Warranty Service: Available for brands sold directly through Electric Cycle Works. (Note: Most manufacturer warranties cover replacement parts only. Labor, shop supplies, and hardware installation are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated).
