RFloXa Hawk31 Pro Inverted Front Suspension Fork
Upgrade your light e-moto with the heavy-duty RFloXa Hawk31 Pro Inverted Front Suspension Fork. Purpose-built to handle high speeds, aggressive trail jumps, and rough off-road terrain, the Hawk31 Pro features massive 37mm AL7075-T6 hard-anodized aluminum stanchion tubes paired with forged AL6061-T6 bottom brackets. This architecture resists chassis flex and twisting under hard braking, delivering precise steering and predictable tracking across harsh trails.
Available directly at Electri Cycle Works, the Hawk31 Pro offers 203mm to 228mm of plush main piston travel. Utilizing an inverted oil-spring system with asymmetrical leg valving and 55CRSI spring wire, this fork provides external, tool-free clicker control over high-speed compression, low-speed compression, rebound, and spring preload.
RFloXa Hawk31 Pro Key Performance Highlights
-
37mm Heavy-Duty Stanchions: Constructed from hard-anodized AL7075-T6 aluminum to handle high front-end loads without binding or bending.
-
Inverted Oil-Spring Architecture: Asymmetrical left and right leg damping circuits isolate damping and spring forces for responsive small-bump tracking and balanced mid-stroke support.
-
4-Way Tool-Free Adjustability: Manual external adjustment knobs allow instant, precise fine-tuning of High-Speed Compression (HSC), Low-Speed Compression (LSC), Rebound Damping, and Spring Preload.
-
Hydraulic Bottom-Out Protection: Integrated oil pressure bottom-out circuit ramps up resistance near the end of the stroke to absorb harsh landings without severe bottom-out clunks.
-
Dual Compression Valve System: Dual compression valve plates ensure stable, consistent hydraulic force under continuous high-speed cycling.
-
Temperature-Resistant Hydraulic Fluid: High-grade, low-friction, low-freezing-point shock oil maintains consistent damping feel across summer heat and freezing winter rides.
-
Direct 203mm Brake Mounting: Standard 74mm caliper post mount fits 203mm rotors natively and scales up to 220mm or 240mm setups using standard rotor adapters.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the Hawk31 Pro and Hawk31 Max?
The Hawk31 Pro uses standard-width triple clamps suited for stock front wheels and tire setups. The Hawk31 Max includes a widened drop-crown triple clamp and axle kit designed specifically for wide-rim wheel builds (up to 90mm wide front tires).
Can I adjust the travel on the Hawk31 Pro fork?
The standard Hawk31 Pro features a 203mm to 228mm travel range. If you need custom travel configurations beyond these specs, contact the Electri Cycle Works technical team for custom ordering options.
Do I need special tools to adjust the compression and rebound settings?
No. All high-speed compression, low-speed compression, rebound, and preload settings on the Hawk31 Pro are controlled via external manual knobs that can be adjusted by hand.
