All Sales Final: All e-ride pro vehicle sales are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled prior to shipping are subject to a non-refundable 3% transaction fee ($144).
SLC Showroom Assembly: Bikes deliver in-box. Local customers in the Salt Lake City, Utah area can opt for a $99 assembly fee to pick up their bike pre-built and tuned from our showroom floor.

At Charged Cycle Works, customer safety is paramount. Automated fraud monitoring systems may flag select orders for high-powered e ride pro sr models.
