Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Before Returning Items

Do not send any items back without first contacting us.

Some products — such as batteries or electronics — may have manufacturer-specific warranties that must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at your expense.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Uninstalled, unassembled, and unused
  • Retain all original tags
  • Be in the original packaging

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or print-to-order items (including graphics) are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
  • Installed electronics (such as controllers, motors, and batteries) are not accepted for return. Once an electronic item has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return or reuse.
  • Electronics (e.g., controllers, motors, batteries) are only returnable at Charged Cycle Works’ discretion and must be uninstalled, complete, and perfectly packaged.  Electronics that have been opened and installed are non-returnable non-refundable.
  • Any opened chemical products are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement at no cost if the problem is our responsibility.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it after approval and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the product price will be refunded (shipping costs are non-refundable) via the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once your RMA has been accepted, you will receive instructions on the next steps for returning your item.
