Please review this page carefully before submitting a warranty claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IMPORTANT \u2013 PLEASE READ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Charged Cycle Works ONLY processes warranty claims for the brands listed below.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All other brands must be handled directly through the manufacturer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claims submitted for unsupported brands will be rejected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"charged-form\">Brands Handled by Charged Cycle Works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Charged Cycle Works (Charged-branded products)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electric Motion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UBCO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arctic Leopard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Labor &amp; Diagnostic Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Labor is not covered in most warranty claims.<\/strong>&nbsp;Manufacturers may replace defective parts when approved, but they do not reimburse Charged Cycle Works for diagnostic or repair labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All labor charges are the responsibility of the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>$99 diagnostic fee<\/strong>\u00a0applies for warranty inspections (local customers only)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional labor charges apply for work exceeding 1 hour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Do not submit a warranty claim if you do not agree to these terms<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Identify the Brand<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Determine which brand or product line your item belongs to. Charged Cycle Works will assist customers directly whenever possible and coordinate with EBMX when escalation or warranty evaluation is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Contact Charged Cycle Works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you purchased your EBMX product from Charged Cycle Works, please contact us first.
