Please review this page carefully before submitting a warranty claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IMPORTANT \u2013 PLEASE READ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Charged Cycle Works ONLY processes warranty claims for the brands listed below.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All other brands must be handled directly through the manufacturer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claims submitted for unsupported brands will be rejected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"charged-form\">Brands Handled by Electri Cycle Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Charged Cycle Works (Charged-branded products)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electric Motion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UBCO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arctic Leopard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Labor &amp; Diagnostic Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Labor is not covered in most warranty claims.<\/strong>&nbsp;Manufacturers may replace defective parts when approved, but they do not reimburse Charged Cycle Works for diagnostic or repair labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All labor charges are the responsibility of the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A&nbsp;<strong>$99 diagnostic fee<\/strong>&nbsp;applies for warranty inspections (local customers only)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional labor charges apply for work exceeding 1 hour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Do not submit a warranty claim if you do not agree to these terms<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Identify the Brand<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Determine which brand or product line your item belongs to. Electri Cycle Works Works will assist customers directly whenever possible and coordinate with EBMX when escalation or warranty evaluation is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Contact Electri Cycle Works<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you purchased your EBMX product from Electri Cycle Works, please contact us first.
