Although one day we hope to process orders in 1-2 days, today we are closer to 3-5 days. Thank you for your patience as we ramp up processes and staffing to shorten these lead times.&nbsp; Customers are responsible for any taxes\/duties for shipping internationally.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you ordered custom wheels&nbsp;with tires, our current lead time is 3-4 weeks (as described in our product descriptions).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you ordered 2 or more items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers arriving on different days. &nbsp;Some items ship from different warehouses or may dropship directly from the manufacturer. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any questions about your order, please use the chat feature on our website or email orders@electricycleworks.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">POTENTIAL FRAUD AND RISK POLICY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At Charged Cycle Works, we take your security seriously. In certain cases, orders placed through our website may be flagged as &#8220;Potential Fraud&#8221; by our automated system. This system evaluates multiple factors to ensure the safety of our transactions. If an order is flagged, we will request the customer to provide a valid photo ID to verify the purchase. The ID must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be valid, not expired or undefined<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The photo must be clear and easily identifiable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The address must match the billing address provided during the order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ID must be recognized as an acceptable form of photo identification by the U.S. Government, including:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U.S. Passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driver\u2019s License or state-issued ID card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ID card issued by federal, state, or local government (with a photo, issue date, and expiration date)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U.S. Military ID issued by the Department of Defense<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Military Dependent ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Native American Tribal ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Charged Cycle Works is unable to process flagged orders without a valid photo ID that meets these requirements.
