Once an electronic item has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return or reuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Electronics\u00a0<\/strong>(e.g., controllers, motors, batteries) are only returnable at\u00a0<strong>Charged Cycle Works\u2019 discretion and<\/strong>\u00a0must be\u00a0<strong>uninstalled, complete, and perfectly packaged<\/strong>.\u00a0 Electronics that have been opened and installed are non-returnable non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any opened chemical products are\u00a0<strong>not eligible for return<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For any\u00a0<strong>warranty-related issues<\/strong>, please refer to our\u00a0Warranty Policy\u00a0page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Restocking Fee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All approved returns are subject to a&nbsp;<strong>15% restocking fee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or Defective Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item is\u00a0<strong>defective or damaged<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You received the\u00a0<strong>wrong item<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will evaluate the issue and offer a&nbsp;<strong>replacement at no cost<\/strong>&nbsp;if the problem is our responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it after approval and place a new order for the desired product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the&nbsp;<strong>product price<\/strong>&nbsp;will be refunded (shipping costs are&nbsp;<strong>non-refundable<\/strong>) via the original payment method.
